A Bit of Perth

Harking back to the time Armadale was simply a village, this war memorial remembers the sacrifices of people from four different communities; Armadale, West Armadale, Beenup and Bedfordale.

It is an unusual memorial as it is made of red brick, a tribute to the many young men from the area who worked in the brick-making trade which still continues today.
