Street Art

Found at the Claremont Railway Station.

The station buildings were a part of the original Fremantle to Perth Line and most of it dates to 1886.

  1. You have the best street art. Our street “art” is mostly spray painted rude words. I should take a picture of the retaining wall by my niece’s school, though. The school art classes painted it. 🙂

  2. We have a lot of those “taggers” as well. What is happening is that there is a mostly obeyed code of honour in that anothers work is not defaced. so some building owners pay to have some of their walls painted with the pictures I post. One major event is “PUBLIC” http://www.form.net.au/public2015/ However, I am not the best at photographing the art of Perth http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-01-16/perths-expanding-street-art-collection-mapped/6019912
