BBC Quiz of the Week

LAST Week:- Reading and watching all the news about Polar Vortices I am quietly preparing for a couple of days with temperatures in excess of 40C. Beginning toiday with 44C. About 111F. I’m saying no more cos if I ignore it maybe i won’t notice it – – –

Hats and Crowns:- We were all very good and there are no hats to be awarded this week.

THIS Week. I dropped to 3/7. Not a very good score because I second guessed wrongly three times as well! Can you do better than this with this week’s quiz?

  1. I’d take a week of your 40 C weather, just to get rid of all of the snow and ice. And that, even though we’re currently in the midst of a January thaw.

    Quiz-wise, I managed a 4/7 this week.

  2. Lucked out on the last question – and pulled 3/7. And i will keep our bone-numbing cold over your brain-melting heat! i can always add more clothing. Cooling off is MUCH more difficult!
