Been a while since I did any beach photos.
Rather ungrateful of me since the beach is of such importance to the people of Perth.
I was just south of the rocky promontory which is the centre of the Trigg Island Beach.
A popular surfing spot, it has known its share of tragedy when a nun was drowned way back in 1947.
Four years earlier, on a flat section of the rock on which I was standing, some graffiti was carved.
That was before I was born! I wonder what became of J Hill. He may have been a local or from the Eastern States or he may have been an American here as a part of the WW2 effort.
