LAST Week:- A few days kayaking on the Swan. About 12km each day. Nicely sore shoulders. I saw an Osprey fly overhead with a large fish in its claws. On my way back I spotted it in a tree eating its lunch.
Might have to miss a few days now as there is a cyclone coming down the coast.
My four foot high parsley finally ripened its seed and now I am hoping that it breeds true. A spectacular addition to a herb garden. And it tastes good.
Hats and Crowns:- Both kezzela and the Puddock bottomed out last week with 1/7
THIS Week. I’m going from bad to worse. I managed to get the final question correct and that gave me 1/7. A hat seems to be in store. How will you go this week?

Hmph. This is the weeks news? Nothing else happened? I made a lucky guess at the last and managed to tie your score, Archie.
3 I know my head lice happy happy
I triumphed with a mighty 2/7…
a squeaker for me at 2/7 – thank god for lice! oh, and it’s probably a good call to skip the kayaking in the cyclone. no sense in pushing the adventures too far…
I, too, managed a 2/7. Enough to avoid hat hair it would seem. I agree with HMH; that quiz did not reflect “news”. (But not many of them do, do they?)
