Kayaking down the Swan this Morning, I pulled into a small cove on Heirisson Island (Matagarup) and looked out at the WACA and the curved Police building. Next to it is the new development which is growing like a weed.
The more familiar skyline of Perth is in the background.
This second shot is from the Eastern end of the Island and includes a part of Trinity College on the right-hand end.
The Swan is a beautiful river to paddle along.
