Just down the road from me is a little touch of Oriental beauty.
The Fokuangshan Buddhist Temple.
Rather than the sharp square lines of most buildings the temple has wonderfully curved lines.
With marvellous decorations on the few straight lines.

I love oriental buildings. I think they are so much more interesting than the western stuff.
Does it have a garden? One of the things I like about Oriental buildings is their place in the natural world is important.
@ silverstar, I quite agree. The sterile concrete and glass boxes we are forced to live with each day are so boring, so 20th century!
@ buff, I haven’t looked but it is only a small site so any garden will be miniature.
